Mr. R S Das possesses over 4 decades of project services delivery experience\u00a0including over a decade of international experience. He has planned, designed\u00a0projects of varying scale, domains and disciplines. An active member of the Green\u00a0Growth Executive Committee located in Copenhagen with a vision for promoting\u00a0environmentally sustainable new cities. One of the founder members of the\u00a0Fairwood group Mr. Das has wide experience across various fields ranging from\u00a0development of New Cities, Urban Development, Social Infrastructure, Industrial,\u00a0Energy and Transportation etc. He has been instrumental in the growth of the Group and under his guidance Fairwood has become a forerunner in its field of businesses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A member of the Council of Architects and Associate of Indian Institute of Architects. Sukh has over 4 decades of experience,including 25 years of international experience. He currently heads the Architecture Division in the capacity of Director and has been involved in various kinds of projects like Residential Townships, Hospitals, Hotels, Schools & infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n

Mr. Nitin Kumar has been associated with Fairwood Group since 1999.\u00a0He is currently heading the PMC & EPC Company as the CEO and as a\u00a0Director in the Design Company. Mr. Kumar possess a diverse project\u00a0experience in social infrastructure, Bridges, Residential, commercial and\u00a0large scale mix used Developments etc. He is an expert in high-rise\u00a0construction technologies and has managed several high-rise projects and\u00a0has been associated with many prestigious projects like India Exposition\u00a0Mart and Kohinoor Square to name a few.
